I attempted to contact an artist via the messaging system. As an example lets say the name was 9@example. When I attempted to send the artist a message, the system advised I could not send to an outside email address which I was not doing. Is there a solution?

Anytime you see a username with a number and an "@" in front of it, this indicates that account is a mirror from one of our partner sites. Since these users do not use Pond5, but one of our partners instead, you are unfortunately unable to contact them through the Pond5 system.
