How Do I Checkout?

First you will need to finalize your cart, you can remove any items and choose a currency.

Click CHECKOUT and proceed to enter your billing information.

Note: If your Licensee information is different from billing, uncheck Also use this as my Licensee Info and enter licensee information. 

Purchases can made by credit card, PayPal, or account credit.

After entering all needed information, you must check and acknowledge that you have read and agreed to the Royalty Free License Agreement.

Click PLACE ORDER to complete purchase.

Note: After hitting PLACE ORDER no additional information can be added to the purchase and your order will complete. If any changes need to be made or if you have any questions, please contact us. 

After completing your order, you will get a confirmation for your purchase and you will be directed to your downloads page.

    @eddyxie - Error code 10752 means that the issuing bank declined to process your transaction, not Pond5 or PayPal. You'll need to contact your bank to find out what's going on.

    I've tried with some more cards, from US bank, Canada, but still have the same problem. :(

    @Phạm Anh - The majority of our checkout errors are actually PayPal API error codes, which you can check here. The particular error you encountered means...

    10752 - Gateway Decline - This transaction cannot be processed. - The transaction was declined by the issuing bank, not PayPal. The merchant should attempt another card.

    FYI, PayPal has a very low threshold for fraud and declines MANY legitimate cards. As a merchant, I've had many headaches with customers unable to check out. Virtually all of my customers have opted to mail checks instead. A note for other customers - PayPal is the ONLY company that accepts credit cards for ecommerce with a reasonable transaction fee structure. Banks will charge a processing fee, an internet gateway fee, and,if the card is international, a currency conversion fee - even if paid in USD!

    15005 - Processor Decline - The transaction was declined by the issuing bank, not PayPal. The merchant should attempt another card.

    @michellehan - That particular error means your bank is declining the charge. Please contact your card issuer for further assistance.

    On the image there are multiple payment options. But when I check-out there is only one. Therefore I can not choose another payment method. Since Already 3 different mastercards get this error "This transaction cannot be processed." I am a bit stuck
