What To Do If I've Forgotten My Password Or Want To Update It

If you have forgotten your password, send an email to support@pond5.com. Social Studio support will provide you with a temporary password that you can update once you regain access to your account.

To update your password, go to “My Account” to access the “Password/Update Password” functionality.
