How To Reset Or Change Your Password

Changing Password While Logged In:

  • Hover your cursor over your account avatar > Click on Dashboard  > Account > Username & Password
    • Please note that there is an 8-character minimum required for passwords.

 

Changing Password While Not Logged In:

  • Click on Log In 

  • Then Click Forgot Your Password?

  • Click Send Reset Link

  • Check your Email:

  • From there, check your email inbox for the reset token.

  • Enter your New Password and click Reset Password
    • Please note that there is an 8-character minimum required for passwords.

  • Once your password is updated, you are automatically redirected to our main search page
