Video file format

Hi there - Sorry for the basic questions, but I'd like to purchase footage for use as a Squarespace background video.  Squarespace video formats are limited to YouTube and Vimeo.  

What is the "standard" format for a Pond5 video?  And is there a simple way for a non-technical user like me to convert that as needed to YouTube or Vimeo?

Thanks for your help.  Love the footage.

    Hey Barry, 

    You will find that our video formats are either MOV, .MP4, or .M2TS, and all are compatible for use on YouTube and Vimeo!
