Error connecting via FTP uploading

Try to upload video file via FTP.
File transfer Log is "Unable to login. This is usually due to an incorrect username or password. Please check both for accuracy including whether or not Caps Lock is accidently enabled. If this error persists, check with your system administrator or hosting provider."
I checked my login and password on pon5.com. All working right.

Your FTP password is separate from you login password, and must be set independently. You can do this by clicking on the orange "+UPLOAD NEW FILE" button, then using the FTP password tool in the bottom left section of the window that appears. :)
