Poor quality clip after purchasing and download. Unuseable. Trying to get credit. No response from customer service.

I purchased a shopping cart of clips today and one of them is of very poor quality with all kinds of artifacts. Looks like a hack job compression. I'm trying to get my money back but after emails and phone calls to Customer Support I have yet to get any response whatsoever. This is the first time I've ever bought from Pond 5 and so far, not very impressive.
