I can't proceed the payment

Hi there, 

I've tried to make purchase a music track https://www.pond5.com/music/1/065249597-epic.html#1 but its always report the transaction failure even though I use different cards included asking friends to help buying.

    I am using my boss's visa to do the payment , and I have filled in all the required info. It does not go through .
