I mistakenly purchased a PAL version, not the NTSC version.


Can I exchange my purchase of a PAL video for a NTSC version of the same stock footage? I was in a hurry and purchased the first video I saw and just now notice it was in PAL.

Please advise.

    Hey Fred, we can absolutely take care of this for you (as long as we have the NTSC version).

    Please email contact@pond5.com with the Transaction ID, Clip ID, and the version you wish to get instead. If we do not have the clip in NTSC, then we'll happily refund your purchase so you can purchase a different clip that is NTSC, or get it converted somehow.
