I've been uploading audio here for a couple of years. I've noticed that the majority of my 127 files have no views at all. Few downloads is disappointing, but if no one is even looking at my uploads, I start to wonder if there is any point in continuing...

Beyond that, the best thing you can do is to continue uploading content. The more items you have online, the more opportunities for sales you'll have.
