Nothing in "My Uploads" after using uploading via ftp


Where is a my upload file? (*.zip file from eyezoom)
I successfully logged in ftp using my username and password and uploaded my file. However, there is nothing in "My Uploads".
Please advise.

    Please send customer support a message directly and be sure to include your username. We'll be happy to see if we can find your uploads, and help you get them into the system properly. :)
