I think if you make an exclusive feature, more people shall come and visit P5 individually because exclusive files are only available on P5. Also, If you make exclusive user feature (exclusive user's files appear first on search and then 2nd priority for exclusive files from non-exclusive members), more people shall upload their files exclusively on Pond5.

I believe there could be an exclusive agreement individually for each track that has been uploaded . Making an user entirely exclusive is a huge deal in my opinion.
@Ramazan Yuksel: You're right. But I think there isn't any problem if exclusive user feature is available. People can use it or not. Pond5 is the best site I've ever found to sell footages. Exclusive file feature is also good.
