I noticed than when a client purchases my material, they get a "non-exclusive, worldwide, perpetual right and license" to it. This is a very broad formulation and I am not quite happy with it. The problem I see here is that it forces me to price my music at a much higher price than on other websites, where music can be licensed specifically for web or other digital media with a lower coverage than broadcast or film, which makes it very difficult for us artists to compete with other license providers. The website Audiojungle offers multiple levels of licensing and the price model is very transparent. Therefore I propose a new licensing system where the seller can set his own 2 or three pricepoints, depending on what license model is chosen later on by the buyer.
