My DISCOUNT CODE does not work

Hello.

I have a discount code and its not working. 

I constantly buy stuff here and never get one of this codes and when I finally got one, its not working.

I know they expire, but they should gives at least a few months to use it.

I really spend a lot of money on this site, I am even a Pond5 ambassador and never get this facilities.  

Sad. :(

    Hi Pedro, we have contacted you directly via email to determine which discount code you received and weather it is still valid. Our newsletters occasionally have promotions, so please check to see that your Email Preferences are set to receive them when we do.
