Why not get rid of the "Comments and suggestions" forum section and replace it with a single locked thread that directs people to this form. Why? Seems y'all rarely look at it to see what people are suggesting or commenting on, which does not give a good impression of the company.

We agree that our forums could actually use a whole new makeover, to be honest. Compared to just about any other web forum on the Internet, they aren't very impressive. Also, I would caution you against inferring deafness from silence. We absolutely monitor our forums, as well as the help center here. Just because we don't respond to every post does not mean we aren't listening. :)
