There are 12 files in my portfolio, but i look in my general profile , there are only 8.
The files were uploaded and accepted on 23 april. 24 hours from approval past, but no changes in my profile info.
So, who can tell me, if this is a common bug, or i dont know something?

There can be a period of time between when a file is approved and when it begins showing up in search results and portfolios; this has to do with how indexing works at Pond5, and is perfectly normal. Sometimes this period can be as long as two or three days, but seldom longer than that. If there are any specific files you fear are not on-line, just write into customer service and include your username, we'll be happy to take a look for you.
