Incredible review times

I've gone past 10 days now waiting for my audio track to be reviewed. I saw on old threads that review times for audio were supposed to be 3 days...

    Hey everyone!

    Please accept our apologies for the longer review times we have had recently. Our curatorial review times fluctuate, which is inevitable, due to the amount of submissions we receive.The most up to-date wait time for music is about 12 business days, and our curators are doing their best to bring this back down. 

    You will receive a message once your files have been reviewed. As always, we appreciate your patience and understanding.

    My files are currently at 13-15 days. I really want to use Pond5...but I don't know if I can trust the service.

    Yeah it certainly is long. I'm currently at 10 business days...which is 13 actual days. I already thought the previous 7 business days was long enough. They certainly should shorten it but at least we know they are doing a good job of reviewing and not just accepting any old tracks. Still, hope they can bring it down to at least about 5-7 business days.

    Thanks for the information! I have been waiting also for 2 weeks, but I got told in the Livechat that it takes 4 weeks for video clips!
