You can edit and update your account details at anytime from your Account page on your dashboard.
- Sign into your Pond5 account here > pond5.com
- Hover your cursor over the account avatar > Click on Dashboard > Account > Contact Info & Payout Preferences > Edit Account Info.
- From Account Verification window > click 'Send Email'.
- Check your email inbox/spam/promotions folder(s) for the email address currently on your Pond5 account.
- You will receive an email with the below message within 1 - 5 minutes with the following token:
- Click the token as noted above.
- This will bring you back to your Pond5 Contact Info & Payout Preferences Page.
- After entering your updated information, click Confirm.
