Can't 'Purchase' Free Archive Footage


I attempt to 'purchase' free NASA archive footage, so I put it in my cart, go to purchase and hit continue. However a message pops up, "Failed to process the transaction. Please contact support." Any help?

    Hey Jared,

    We are sorry to hear that you were experiencing issues. I have reviewed your account and it would seem that it was missing some settings. I have manually adjusted the account and these changes should now have resolved the issues you were having. You should now be able to purchase your items without any further problems.
