Unable to purchase


I've been getting this error message when checking out:

"There were errors with your transaction
Failed to process the transaction. Please contact support."

I've tried two different cards and all the information is correct.

    Hello Rodrigo, 

    We are sorry to hear about the checkout issues you have been experiencing. I have reviewed your account and there shouldn't be anything preventing the transaction going through. There aren't any failed transactions on your account either. Could you please check to make sure that you have entered and Saved your information on the checkout page.

    If its still throwing an error, please attempt again with the Paypal option. A PayPal account is not required, simply fill out your Billing/Licensee Information and select PayPal under Payment Method. Then agree to the License Agreement and click on the 'Checkout' button.
