It would be great to have an easier way of uploading/grouping different formats (PAL, NTSC, etc) of the same file. Instead of noting down the same ID numbers, it would be better to select the files together when submitting them for review... Or if you could have a built in file converter that would be awesome! :-)

Actually, we do have a built in conversion service. Sellers don't have access to that, but we do here in customer service. We do conversions for buyers upon request into prores, mjpeg, and h.264, so no worries there.
Your feedback is still valid though, I get what you mean.
What about having videos available in other formats than the archaic Quicktime?
