I discovered that the footage I uploaded was letter-boxed, and I need to replace all of my recently uploaded footage with non-letter-boxed versions. Can I simply do a replace upload--which would save me from re-entering all of the information and tagging, or do I need to delete the whole file(s) and start all the way over. If this is the case, it's going to be a colossal time-suck for me. I know there are other sites out there that will let you do this. Can we do it through Pond5?
Unfortunately you are not able to simply replace the video file at the moment. We apologize for the inconvenience, but soon we will have the ability to do so.
You can, however, create templates and apply them to the similar videos to save time, and you can also create and upload a CSV document to your files as well and save a lot of time that way.

Please let me know if you have any more questions. You can always send us a hard drive and let US enter the information for you, but it will take a little longer to get them online.

I saw Ryan's reply but please note that that was TEN MONTHS ago. C'mon guys--I love Pond5 but it's time this functionality was set to highest priority.
Updates mean the original video/audio file is being IMPROVED. It makes Pond5's offerings BETTER.
