Money is not received


In this month I got no money to my Moneybookers account. But one of my friends got the money yesterday. Why?

Please wait a few more hours for it to fully process into your Moneybookers account, then check to see if you have properly received your funds.     I have the same question. I've read your answer to Alexander. So i see that this trouble is deciding now. I write just to let you know the problem exist.
