Investing money for this logo did not work out. What should i do now? Please reply

Our standard refund policy is for the first 48 hours after a purchase. If it's within that time frame, we can offer you a refund without issue. If it's been more than two days since your purchase, there will need to be a problem with the content for us to offer a refund back to your payment card, but we may still be able to offer you a site credit refund easily.
Each case is different, so please contact customer support to inquire about your refund. Be sure to include your username, and the transactionID from your purchase receipt. :)
