Not saving Bins

I've had a problem with Pond5 recently. It is not saving my Bins. I'm spending a lot of time picking certain clips, and then when I come back to the website I need to start over. Why?

    Hi Williams,
    Are you logged into your Pond5 account when creating collections? If you aren't logged into your account, a collection cannot be saved. If you are logged in, then you'll want to ensure that your cookies are enabled. If that also checks out, then please email support directly, and we'll be happy to trouble shoot the problem further with you. :)
