Today I've puchaded your item 2539622, called Space. This After Effects item cant' be rendered. I tried more than one download software and unzip software, but each time I get the warning: 'There are files missing'. Even the very original item - that means that I've made no changes, only tried to render it - can't be rendered. So this item is corrupt. Please send me a valid one, or give me my money back.

Hi René, were sorry about the issues you are experiencing.
Our AE templates are only compatible with Adobe After Effect software. I have reviewed this item and see that plug ins are also required: element 3d, motion design 2. Without these plug ins the template will not work as per the preview.
Because this purchase is within 48 hours, we have not yet paid our artist their royalties and can offer a refund, if you are missing these plug ins. We have reached out to you directly so that we can resolve this as soon as possible.
