Subscription Was Not Renewed
If your subscription was not automatically renewed, then there may be an issue with your payment information.
- To confirm and change your payment method:
- Log into your account > Hover cursor over account avatar > Click on Dashboard > Account > Subscription

Unable to Checkout
If you are not able to complete the checkout process please first confirm that your billing information is correct.
- Check to see if you have input the correct card security code.
- For most cards, the security code is a three digit code on the back of the card
- American Express credit card security codes are located on the front of the card.
- Try contacting your card’s customer support by calling the number on the back of your credit card.
- Try using PayPal.
