can i buy an AE template put it on my site as a template and resell it to my customers as many times i want?

No, this is explicitly forbidden in our license agreement. Restrictions are listed in section 4. Please be sure that your usage is in line with the agreement, as Pond5 cannot "clear" your usage for you.
