Good day, im a seller here on pond5, my question is, is it ok to upload photos that are copyrighted under my name? Or I have to upload files that are not under copyright?, question 2 what should the size of my pictures be? I'm saying 1200/1200 ?

Indeed it is, in fact, we only allow you to upload work that you own. It's not acceptable to sell work that belongs to someone else at Pond5.
Take a look at our image submission requirements when you have a chance. For the file size, we're not so worried about how big or small it is, but we want it to be at least 2 mega pixels.
